We currently ship orders within the United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and U.S. territories where service is available).

We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

We do ship to:

  • Residential and business addresses

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses (subject to carrier capabilities)

2. Carriers and Methods

We use the following carriers:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

All orders are shipped using standard shipping. The specific carrier used for your order may vary depending on destination, package size/weight, and service availability.

  • Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed starting on the next business day.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery time varies by carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, most packages arrive within the carrier’s standard delivery window for ground/standard service.

  • These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

  • We charge a flat rate for standard shipping on all eligible orders under our free‑shipping threshold.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders of $100 or more (before taxes and after discounts), shipping to addresses within the United States.

Exact flat‑rate pricing will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Order Tracking

  • You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped, so you can follow its progress with the carrier.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate. When a package is confirmed lost or otherwise not delivered, we will replace the order (or provide an appropriate remedy, such as a refund, if replacement is not possible).

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed during busy periods, sales, or holidays may require additional processing time.
