Simple Life Suds Replace / Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Simple Life Suds. Because of the nature of our products, we only offer returns or refunds in limited situations, as described below.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When you contact us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging, if possible (not required but strongly encouraged to help us resolve the issue quickly)

For eligible damaged or defective items:

  • Our preference is to send a replacement item.

  • If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund instead.

  • In most cases, you do not need to return the damaged or defective item; we will let you know if we need it back. Otherwise, please dispose of it safely.

2. Change of Mind and Other Non‑Eligible Reasons

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the product

  • Ordering the wrong item, scent, or variant

  • Products that have been used more than once or significantly used

  • Situations where the product is otherwise as described and not defective

We also do not offer exchanges for any reason. If you want a different product, a new order will need to be placed.

3. Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, we will replace the order and reship to a corrected address, subject to our review of the situation. Additional shipping charges may apply at our discretion.

Marked delivered but not received

If your tracking information shows an order as delivered, but you did not receive it:

  1. Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local post office/parcel office.

  2. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number.

We will treat this as a potentially lost package and, after a brief review, will replace the order once.

4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To report an issue with your order:

  • Use the contact form on our website, and include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the problem

    • Optional photos of the item and packaging (helpful for damage/defect claims)

We will review your request and respond with next steps, including whether we will send a replacement or, where appropriate, issue a refund.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit any consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
